Hey guys...I recently bought a 92Z that supposedly had a tranny rebuild.....Obviously its not a very good one because it went out again.....tranny fluid is burnt to hell. I took the tranny out and took the pan off....cant really see anything obvious. I think it may be the converter......because it kept trying to lock up and unlock.....and the car seemed to almost stall when coming to a complete stop. Is there anyway to check to see if the servo is really a corvette servo??? If not, where could I get one....and how much would it cost to have this thing rebuilt right??? Any parts I should stuff in it to help it??? And, if its the conveter, what would be a good replacement? Im planning on a ZZ4 cam....not much different, but thought maybe a little higher stall would help. Thanks in advance.
