diff between 87 and 88 700r4?

diff between 87 and 88 700r4?

what was the change between 87 and 88, i read that they made some upgrades to the 700r4 in 87, what did they do in 88?

In '88, GM changed the case, the valvebody, and the Reverse Piston, as well as a few other small changes.

it'll bolt right up, they didn't change the bellhousing, as long as you use a v6 tranny with your v6 car, or v8 tranny with your v8 car
