Strange rear end noise, please help!!!!

I am not even sure what kind of noise it is. The car has been making a kind of dragging sound when i am on the brakes almost stopped.

It drags, but when i stop the noise continues? Also, i have been hearing a popping noise from the rear. I jacked up the right rear, took of the wheel(could not get the drum off) when i grabbed the drum to pull it off, it made a pop noise and the whole assembly move towards me like a 1/16 of an inch(that is an educated guess, but enough for me to rock it back and forth)

Like i said, i can't get the drum off, and it almost looks like the drum is not on right. Instead of the studs being straight through the holes, the threads are resting against the drum way too tight.

Any ideas what could be wrong, and how should i get that drum off? I tried to knock it loose, no dice there.

Probably bad brakes. Happens with disc brakes when the calipers seize.

the e-brake wasn't on when you were trying to remove the drum, was it? hehe.. I've done that a couple times... just a brain fart I guess.
