TCI Streetfighter (Pro-Built or GM Tech Please Respond)

I have a TCI Streetfighter 700R-4 and you would not believe the way this thing leaks fluid from the gear select input lever shaft. I have replaced the input shaft with a new GM piece and put a new GM seal around it with RTV to seal the bore. To no avail if this thing sits overnight there is fluid on the floor. Has any one ever had problems like this before? I don't know what else to do? Will the shaft seal over time? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

have you checked the cooling lines to see if maybe it's dripping around to the back of the trans, cause when i had my R4 is was doing that, but the dummies at the transmission shop hadnt attached the lines all the way. Found this out when I converted to manual. go figure. Smoking exhaust and cases of fluid later. Also, do you have and after market drive shaft?

I am sure the leak is coming from the drivers side of the trans around the gear select input shaft. I'm not really sure what the driveshaft or cooler lines have to do with that? Thanks for the help though!

Dry the transmission off, using blue paper shop towels. Go back in 1/2 an hour and dab around the transmission and see exactly where it is coming from, then address that.

Not trying to be rude but I thought I was very clear on the leak. The fluid is coming from between the gear select lever shaft and the seal. I.E. The seal is not keeping fluid in. I don't know why? Could there be core shift in the transmission case? Could the bore in the case be too big? Is this a common problem? Will the new shaft need a break in period? That is really what I am trying to answer. Any help is appreciated!

If you have replaced the shaft & seal (unless there is a crack), I would be looking somewhere else.
