B&M govenor recalibration springs

has anyone used the B&M govenor recalibration kit, if so what color springs did you install and what rpm does it shift at.

I was always told not to use any type of b-n-m product for a 700R4 besides shifters.

The B&M governor kit offers different weights to change WOT shifts and the springs mainly affect part throttle shifts. You will have to compare weights with yours before deciding which way to go.

Pff, I posted the same inquiry and it just died.
Anyway, a fairly recent issue of chevy hi-perf mag has an article on one of these in a 700-R4. They set it to shift at 6000RPM but you can use the info as a baseline to shorten your effort.
