TH350 Torque Converter ??

I am just curious what you guys with the TH350 or 400 trans are running for a torque converter (i.e. stall speed, what brand?)
I am going to do the 700 to 350 swap next week and i bought a TCI street fighter TC but it has a 3000-3400 stall on it and im afraid it might be too much
My setup is:
90 IROC
350 LTR TPI (only ported plenum)
In the next year i will be going with the holley stealth ram
Accel 24# injectors
Edelbrock TES
Hooker Catback
Gutted Cat
stock 2.73 gears (going with 3.42's soon)
stock heads

any suggestions or comments are welcome
thanks!

I'd say that converter is a bit much for a nearly stock car. I ran a 3000 stall but it was with a mechanical (solid lift) cam and I think it was a tad too much converter, also with a TH350 then a TH400.
You best choice would be in the 2000/2500 area.
