i have a 3.42 gear, so what would i need to have posi, i was told i needed some kind of unit and i could mabye do it myself.....thanks

Check out the Powertrax no slip system, they are pretty good and very easy to install. If you go with a posi unit you have to take the gears out and reset them up. The Powertrx is quick and easy.

If you have an 88 and later slp offer low mi zexel torsen posis for 100 bucks! if 87 and older watch e-bay used 3 series usually go for 100-150 range with 26 splines, avaid the "gov-lock" units.
