WCT5 shifting clunky...
my trans shifts kinda clunky...
like the trans is catching on something when trying to go into gear...
is it possible that my shift forks are bent?
what else could it be... this trans has never shifted right... and the previous owner had just gone through and replaced all the syncros...
thanks,
Chris

Sounds like a clutch problem, not a trans problem.
See this thread. Scroll about halfway down and look at the pics, and read that post carefully. That's probably what's wrong with your car.

i know it isnt the throwout berring...
i think i may have put my hole for the master cylinder too low... causing my clutch to not fully disengage...
i am planning to fix this when i have the engine out in a couple weeks...
thanks,
chris

So you know for sure you have that part installed correctly? Like the bottom one of those 2 pics, not the top one? That's the problem most of the time.
I don't know anything about this hole putting business. There's no holes to put, that I am aware of.
A problem that affects all gears is almost never the trans. It's virtually always the clutch. Like I said, that specific improper assembly as shown in the pics is the usual problem; I'd say it's the cause of about 95% of all mystery new-clutch disengagement failure complaints. But, it's your car and your time, do as you see fit, if you're sure it's put together right.
Good luck.
