hope someone can help me try and understand what is going on in my t5 i just rebuilt my wct-5 because it was whineing in 1-2-3-5 gears but after i rebuilt it,it whines more now than before i rebuilt it if someone can shead some lite on it would be nice.

If you replaced all the bearings including the one on the front of the countergear and all those gears still whine, it's the gear teeth on the clutch gear and the countergear, where they meet. A very small amount of wear there, almost too little to be seen, will cause a bunch of racket.

thanks very much the counter gear looked fine and all the rest of the gears looked fine to but like you sead maybe they are worn out but still look good.
