what fluid to use in my 89 T-5?(DUH!)

Transmission: T-5
I put grape nuts in my T-5, and gravel on my cereal. Seriously, I looked up some tech board archives, and got my answer. For some reason, I couldn't erase my post. So if the guy who runs this site can erase this post, be my guest. TY
