My friendly neighborhood numbskull at the dealer can't even track my vehicle VIN's...
Anyway, I'm swapping a T-5 out of an 84 T/A 305 (hydraulic clutch)into my 90RS with a 305.
I already have the flywheel for one piece rear seal, and went to order new parts to complete the swap as per tech articles.
Pilot bushing
Release bearing
pressure plate
clutch disk.
That's when I hit my problem.....in that the dealer doesn't know if those parts are the same for both vehicles!!!!
Can I assume that those particular parts if specified for the 84 T/A will fit my Camaro?

Yes they are all the same.
Don't buy that stuff at the dealer. You'll pay 3 times what you can buy the same stuff for someplace else; or you could spend the same money and have a really nice clutch instead of a stock one.
Get a Centerforce DUal Friction clutch set; it will come with the pressure plate, disc, & TO Bearing. You can get a pilot bearing either at the dealer or from Moroso, about the same price either way, $15 or so. Or you can get a bushing which fits all Chevrolet V8s from about 63 on up for about $1 at any parts store.
