90 rear in a 85?

Car: 85 ta ws6 KITT
Engine: Lb9
Transmission: th350
90 rear in a 85?
i'd like to get a posi unit+gears from a 90 Iroc, and put them in my 85 t/a.....any forseen problems? I thought I read somewhere that the axles changed or something.

Transmission: 4L80E/4L80E
Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
If you can get the entire rear end, do that and it's a simple unbolt/bolt back in.
If all you're getting is gears & carrier, you need 28 spline axles as well.
