My bro’s car it’s a 1989 IROC LB9 with a T5. im going with a crabbed LT1 so will it work with the T5? The T5 will be built with the G-Force Kit.

Yes. It will work fine. Use the 1986 - 1992 305 / 5 speed flywheel on the LT1.

It will work. With the g-force kit it should be able to hold the power I would hope. Should be a pretty fun combo.

I have the exact flywheel for that application if you need one.

A stock WC T-5 works fine, the G-Force will be awesome with an LT1. You'll actually be able to powershift it whereas I can't. Damn Borg Warner
