3.42 or 3.73 for my HSR setup?

Based on the modifications listed in my sig, which gear would give the best low-mid range power on the street..........will the 3.42 that is in the car do the job or should I move up to a 3.73?

Will the HSR and cam rob me of low end power, therefor requiring a lower gear for off the line acceleration?

Just trying to maximize my driving experience ->>

I have a LTR setup and I love my 3.73s. I would not want to run anything less in it. I really think you would be better off with 3.73s. I went from 3.23s to 3.73s and went from running 1.95 60fts to 1.81s. The gears help a bunch. No question go 3.73s at least......

Thanks for the input...The last time I drove the car it had a smaller cam and a LTR setup with a TransGo 700R4 and the 3.42 gears...It was not the quickest out of the hole and I always wished I had more low end - even though the engine was dynoed at 420lb-ft of torque. Could it have been the mild torque converter and heavy, slushbox trans that made it feel slow? Who knows...

My current setup - never driven - is the HSR, bigger cam and a new T-5. I was thinking of anything else I might need to do before I drive it again and the gears came to mind...

I think I'll test/tune the car with the 3.42 that is in there now and then switch to 3.73 or higher once I get a feel for the car. The goal is to have a driving experience much like this little guy is having:
