I just put in a new b&m torque convertor 2400 stall in my 92 700r4.. it went in nice.. even took the tranny out with the engine to get everything lined up nice..

when i take off it shudders and makes some groaning and poundin noises that feel like its coming from there.. ive played with the TV cable to no gain.. it shifts through all the gears and it only seems to be doing this when im driving in the city, stopping and taking off kinda thing.. on the highway its nice and smooth, or so it feels up to like 70 mph.. and i rips the tires up to 6200 with ease

could i have too much fluid? not enough.. i torqued all the bolts down to spec.. it doesnt make this noise when its in park and not so much in reverse.. i got a lockup convertor and one made for 92s so I'm at a loss and ready to shudder it into a tree

 

another quick question.. whats the symptoms to lockup being on all the time? would it up chuck like this? or just stall
