i have found a 3.23 rear from a 3rd gen f-body but dont know much more about it. it is a non-posi unit...if it's from a v6 would there be any problem with this rear bolting onto my RS... and would it be worth it, i can get it for 220 bucks roughly to my door, what do you guys think?

 

na i would wait.

a couple reasons why.

most likely had drum brakes.
non posi will cost more to install one.

3.23's are ok gears but u could do better.

and depedning on year will either have 26 spline axles (older years) and 28 spline axles 89 and up years.
