i have a 86 iroc z and its peg leg and i really want a posi. My friend told me about a posi kit that i can get. I havent heard anything about posi kits or should i just swap out my old one and drop in a new rear end???

sounds like u have a 10 bolt with 26 spline axles.

u could have 3.23's or 3.73's depending on if u have that option.

yeah u just get a posi for a 26 spline 10 bolt, i think powertrax makes locker for that spline.


or u could go with 28 spline axles and a slp torsen posi / or any other posi for a 10 bolt 28 spline rear end.

u have good gears already so i would work with what u have.
