Can anyone tell me what causes the converter in a 700r4 in a 91 tpi camaro to lock up. I connected pin F to A in the test area for the codes. for service engine area and it made my tranny work great , so Im wondering if there is something missing or went out. It must be getting a signal from the computer but when I disconnect the jumper the tranny wont lock up, Like to pass a car. Need help thanks
