Engine: 350ci
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.73 12 bolt
1984 Spline count
I know they switched from 27 to 30 spline TCs in 1984, but i was wondering if there was a way to tell what mine was without actually dropping the tranny and counting. Someone told me to check the build date, but that is long since gone. Is there any other way to know for sure??
