Which flexplate do I need

I am putting a new transmission and a new engine on my car and I want to put a new SFI-approved flexplate on. I have a GM caprice crate engine which is a 93 roller block, one piece rear main seal. My question is how many tooth flexplate do I need, also do I need an internally or externally balanced flexplate?

Just get the one it lists for your car. It willl be the right one. 12.8", 153 tooth, 1-pc RMS.

There is no right answer to that question. Don't worry about it. Just get the right one for your car. It will fit and work.

"89 Chevrolet Camaro V8". That's all you need to know.
