r gear ratios different in an 86 and 89

Car: 89 formula and my late 86 iroc R.I.P girl
Engine: 89 firebird formula-305 tbi,86 iroc 305 tpi
Transmission: both 700r4
r gear ratios different in an 86 and 89
just swapped in a 305 tpi in2 my formula i have the donor car in my driveway and the tran out of it( donor is an 86 iroc) both trans are auto 7004r. i need 2 know if they are the same or not. thanks

For some reason I thought you were asking if the REAR gear was different between the two years. Don't ask me why, that's just what I thought.
