My dipstick broke.. How much fluid for a 700r4?

My dipstick broke.. How much fluid for a 700r4?
I had it rebuilt, and lets just say that the dipstick is no longer the correct length.. or even the correct dipstick.
It was COMPLETELY empty. I put a quart in the torque converter and 8 more in the tranny.
I've driven it about 150 miles with no problems. Am I near the correct amount for my tranny? 700R4 btw.
