B&M and Hurst make the conversion kit, you can get them at Summit racing or Jegs ... or have it ordered at a local shop.

If you have a 9" tailshaft TH350, you can reuse your driveshaft from your 700R4.

If you have a 6" tailshaft TH350, you need a driveshaft from an 82 (or some 83) cars with a 200C tranny, or lengthen your existing driveshaft.

ABOUT THE SPACER TH350 WITH A 700R4 TAIL HOUSING : I talked to a guy at Aamco to today. He said he has done this kit years before but did not remember the manufactor. He has a book on the kit in his tool box and said i could have it since he no longer needs it. I will go by on Manday to get it and will post all the info.

I know of two torque arm conversion kits. Hurst or B&M.

B&M is available through Summit. I think I got my Hurst kit directly from Hurst though a local parts guy.
