About to get new rear end... Questions....

Hey guys,
Ive got a 91 RS with a 305TBI/auto. It unfortunately has a 2.73 slip differential & drum brakes. I have found a few rears in the classifieds & on E-Bay. I am probably going to get one with either a 3.42 or 3.73 ratio, posi, & disc brakes. These are my questions:

1) What ratio should I go with. I have a few mods done (check sig) but I drive this car on the highway. Would the 3.73 be too big for my engine/trans?

2) Are any 3rd gen axles stronger than others? I know that there is a Bord Warner 9-Bolt that is susposed to be better.. .But if I cant find one of those... Whats the next best?

3) Where is the cheapest place that I can buy the speedo gears to fix my speedometer?

4) When hooking up the disc brakes, I know I need to get a porportioning valve but what else will I need to complete the swap?

5) Does anyone have a rear they want to sell?

Thanks in Advance,
Mark B
