I got a 2.8l v-6 firebird. I want to change the T-5 tranny crossbar to an automatic crossbar. My question is does it have to be from a v-6 firebird/camaro or can it be from a 305/350. The tranny crossbar it has now is for a hydraulic liquid mount. Can someone help me. Thanx in advance. Late

 

The 6-cyl and V8 crossmembers are the same. So you can replace your one for the funky mount, with one for a normal mount, from any 83-92 Camaro/Firebird, manual or auto. They're all the same except for the one you've got.
