thinking about installing 3.70 gears in a 9bolt
my question is im going from a 3.08 good posi 9bolt in my bird to a 3.70 gear ratio what kind of difference should it make read my signature to get drivetrain specs and also i have all stock suspension

Won't matter whether your existing posi is good or not, you'll have to put a 3 series carrier in it as well as the 3 series gear. AFAIK nobody makes either a spacer, or the "special" gears to put a 3 series ratio on a 2 series carrier.
You'll enjoy the difference. The car will feel like it has 100 more HP at launch. You'll probably pick up about .3 in the 1320 with the rest of your setup, maybe more.

I agree with RB...3.70s will put you into the useful powerband of that cam MUCH faster. You'll enjoy them immensely (I know I do.)

never mind i am blind and about 20 of my friends are blind i have a ten bolt and they are putting the thick richmonds in since i have a 2 series carrier im getting 3.73's
