i have a 700-R4 in my 89 formula firebird. i purchased the TCI 30 spline, pro super transmission overhaul kit off summit. it comes with a shift kit, if anyone is farmiliar with this let me know if its good. i also ordered the summit 30 spline 12 in. 1500 - 1900 rpm stall converter. my cam lift specs are: duration - 278 intake, 288 exahust. and valve lift - 422 intake, 444 exhaust. the cam is mild and the manifold im putting on my 350 will be my 305's tpi. i need the car soon and i have just about no money left lol thanks guys
