Centerforce has one.
Or, you can take a 83-85 305 Camaro/Firebird flywheel to the balance shop, and have it "unbalanced" to the stock 400 balance spec.

I got a 153 tooth Mcleod flywheel for mine from Summit. Search for another post on this earlier this week and you'll see the part number (I don't have it with me, sorry).
