rattling transmission

Transmission: T-5
Axle/Gears: 4.27 Dana 44
rattling transmission
I am getting a loud rattling noise from time to time when the tranny downshifts to go up a steep hill on the highway and stops again when it shifts back up. It makes sense to me that it would have to be in the transmission. Anyone else ever get this or know if this is the tranny going bad?
