If your stock lines don't work, it's not really a problem since for about $10 you can get new hard lines and attach them to the rubber lines off of the calipers and to the stock "T" that is on your car.
I had drums on my formula and put a 98 rear on the car, but my lines were all rusty with holes in them so I just bought 2 new hard lines, a long one and a short one.

I then attached the metal line to the rubber hose on the 98+ Brake Caliper and then to the stock "T" fitting that is attached to teh top of the pumkin.
