Car: 1992 camaro rs

Engine: 346 ls1

Transmission: t56

Axle/Gears: strange 12 bolt 3.73's

need a new flywheel help asap

ok so my starter was not shimed properly and it eat away at my flewheel and now i have no teeth. no teeth no start up unless i want to push start it everywhere. ok so i need to know what flywheel i have so that i can replace it. is it a 10 in or what. please let me know. cant find anything on it in the haynes book. i really appriciate it. thanks

Engine: 305 TPI, Edelbrock headers, 3in Flowmaster exhaust

Transmission: 700R4

I had the same problem. I ended removing it and taking it to Autozone and matching it up.

Why not just replace the ring gear?

153 tooth,

fits 86+ SBC Gen I

ring gear could be replaced as well.
