Well i got in the car after school today and start the car, sounds good. Put the car in OD as usual and im on my way. Well i drop my buddy off at his place, put the car in reverse, and then into OD again but this time there is A LOT of play as to where the shifter is. It moves back and forth a lot. So i get it home and park it and as i was shifting into park i felt A LOT of play in the shifter and no clicks as to where N, R, and P was. So im sitting here tryin to see if ALL the gears are doing it and yes. I cant tell which gear im going into its that bad. Now im thinking its something with the cable linkage so im gonna go check that out, but what else could this mean? i would like to know ALL possible things that could be wrong here so i can cover all the bases. thanks all!
