Rearend Rebuild
alright i'm ready to order parts ASAP for my rearend...i'm getting the auburn posi unit but i'm not sure which size, is it the 7.5 10 bolt or what??? also i'm getting 3.73 gears...those are the 2 things i know i'm getting, but i'm wondering what other things does a rebuild consist of??? do i need to get a shop to get the ring gear put onto the posi?? i just need somebody that has gone through a rebuild to tell me every step and what is all involved...thankyou

it'd help if you said what you had. reguardless of what you have there shouldn't be a problem with you putting the ring gear on the posi or carrier. buy an install kit and it should have everything you need.

its a 86 iroc z camaro with stock rearend......I believe its a 10 bolt...i'll double check tonight...can i get an install kit from any place like NAPA or Carquest or Autozone or some place like that?
