Richmond gear?

Is that a good brand or it it just crap ?
I need to change the ratio i only have a 2.73 rear axel and its too slow so im looking at 3.42 or maybe 3.73 which one would you go for?
How hard is it to change ?

The U.S. gears are a better gear. I will get you a price tomorrow.
