shift kit = no traction
shift kit = no traction
really fun with down pouring rain and a decently sized hill,
shift kit = no traction once it shifted i couldn't go anywhere because the tires keep slipping when it shifted in the rain all to way to 3rd then i let off and did it again ... but i finally hooked
and made it, anyone else have this problem?
not that we drive in rain much

Only if I'm in the throttle too much. The higher stall converter really helps out to soften the shift when putting around
But then again, I just usually get them spinning anyways cause it's more fun to go up a hill sideways

Close to the same prob here. Only thing is I don't need a hill. It got kinda scary 1st few times I drove in the rain, but now I lernt what and what not to do with this one.
If i'm in third gear (last gear with my th-400) running anywhere under 70 MPH on a damp road, and give it any more throttle than just resting my foot on it, it will break the tires free and start going sideways.
In 1st if I even touch the throttle more than just resting my foot on it, I won't be going anywhere. It will just sit there in one spot and spin the rear meats till I let all the way off the throttle
