just about anywhere with a lathe long enough that has a 4 jaw chuck and a steady rest. look in the yellow pages under drive train, transmission, or machine shop

I had mine made at a local drivetrain shop that specializes in heavy trucks. I supplied the tranny slip yoke and u-joint because it's needed for balancing. I gave them the length I wanted and told them to use 1350 series full round ends. The driveshaft is made from 3" x .083 steel.

Slide the slip yoke into the tranny all the way then pull it out 1". Measure from the center of the u-joint on the slip yoke to the center of the u-joint on the diff yoke. That's the length you want.

I had mine made quite a few years ago but I think it was around $200. I've never had a problem with it since then. If made from smaller material and smaller u-joint caps, it might be cheaper but at least if a drivetrain shop builds it, you'll know it will be straight and balanced. They weld the ends on while on the lathe with a fancy machine.
