Manuel Trans Differences

After searching, I know there's a physical difference in apprearence between a T-5 and the so-called WC T-5 for V8's. What's the physical difference between the latter and a V-6er (I'm hitting a swap meet and hope to find the WC V8 version)?

V8 T-5s have a 26-spline clutch gear; 6-cyl ones have 14 splines. You can also check the gear ratios, by shifting the trans into first, and counting clutch gear turns and mainshaft turns; V8 transmissions have a 2.95:1 1st gear, while 6-cyl ones have a MUCH deeper 1st gear (high 3s).
