It's a 700R-4 auto in a modded 1992 z28. It seems I've lost overdrive and drive but I still have reverse an 1 and 2. Anyone know if its crapped out or is this something that's not too serious? It has about 128,000 on it and as far as I know this is the original trans. I've got a new one ordered but I'm just wondering if the old trans is worth rebuilding and selling.

 

Yep time for a new trans, you can rebuild the old one. I dont think its a real easy task though

 

Sounds like the 3-4 clutchpack went out.
