I recently put 4.10 rear end gearing in my 1991 camaro. It origionally had 3.08's. It has a T-5 tranny and an electronic speedometer. I was wondering what the correct gearing for the VSS in the tranny is. I know I have to change a gear on the output shaft and the gear that meshes with it. I read on this board that there are only 4 possible gear combos, one of which is for 4.10's. If anyone knows the correct gear tooth numbers please let me know. Somewhere on this board are the part numbers for the gears but no combos showing the correct ratio. Wait, Now that I think about it (Just got off that damn phone) someone said it was not possible to get a correct ration above 3.42. But another post said there were 4 possible combos including 4.10!! Any info would be great.
