Quick Question

Will a 700R4 from a 3.1 V6 fit a 350?

If not then why?

Transmission: 5-Speed/th350
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt 3.73
no it is a different block. the bolt patterns are not the same.

You'd have to saw it off and weld on a new one. The bellhousings are cast into the automatics.

Axle/Gears: Ford 9"/31 spline spool/4.86
Automatic transmission bellhousings are the entire tranny case. They're no a seperate bellhousing like a manual transmission.
