B&M Shift Kit

How hard is this to install? Is it worth the $40? My only real choice is the B&M because the parts store near me carries it and I need to have my car running again in a few days. I figured since the trans has no fluid in it right now since I just pulled it out to fix the flywheel, it's a good time to do this. Any opinions, helpful hints or tips would be appreciated. Btw, the trans is back in the car right now, but still no fluid.

I like the B&M kit. Follow the instructions to the letter and you will be fine.
