Which torgue converter is better, both in quality, life, power, and fuel economy? Which is the best all around converter for around town driving, autox, and limited highway driving? Which would you go with?

This is for my new Summit th350 that in going to also get.

This setup is for my 83 Z28. It weighs 3000#'s has 3.73 posi and will have 275/40-18 rear tires. The motor is a LG4 305 with Aluminum LT1 heads, 10.3 compression, Comp solid lifter XS-262-10 cam with 1.6 RR's, a weiand stealth intake topped with a holle 4160 VS 600 carb, and 1/5 Heddman Headers.

Also if you have any other recommendations for a cheap converter upto around $150 feel free to include that. I'm not looking for dragstrip performance here, so keep that in mind.

Thanks,

Leigh

Well hell i was gonna order everything tonight, but i don't know which to get. Is the $20 more for the Hughes worth it over the Summit. I hear B&M are crap so wasn't really considering it.
