On a TPI, more specificially. Looks like a pita to install. Is it worth $150? I going to get some speedo gears and a servo from them. Just considering the TV kit also.

I was TBI - switched to carb and needed a new bracket for the cables. I saw that TV Made Easy, and thought like you - $150 is a boatload of cash for a bent piece of metal. For my carb, I got a nice chrome throttle cable bracket from Summit for $35 - it was very strong (unlike that Spectre stuff).
BUT - I don't know what else is available for TPI - that's a world I haven't dove into yet. But I wanted to let you know that you aren't alone when thinking that's too much cash.

Their systems are incredible.. I had one when I had a carbed setup (edelbrock). If you have TPI, you already have a factory engineered setup with the proper geometry, so it may not be worth it to you, but it does allow some adjustability (via the throttle body linkage modifications) that can't be obtained from the standard setup (without actually having your cable mis-adjusted)..
