t5 sensors???????????

Engine: 346 ls1
Transmission: t56
Axle/Gears: strange 12 bolt 3.73's
t5 sensors???????????

does anyone know what the 2 sensors are the driver side of the t5 transmission? let me know. one seems to be plugged into the gov. if i unplug this will that cause any problems beside disable the speedometer or what?

one of them is the spedometer cable, and the other is the cable for reverse lights.

so if i disconnect the speedometer will this in tern disable the speed limiter do to the fact that it doesnt know how fast its going. correct?

Disabling the speedometer will screw a bunch of things up -- your computer calculates fuel/timing routines in part based on your vehicle speed. BAD IDEA. Get someone to program you a chip with the speed limiter removed, or learn to program your own -- it's inexpensive and easy to do.
