GM Diff
Hi!
Have someone heard about a 10 bolt 7" diff from GM or are all 7.5 or bigger.
A man says that this is a 7" diff.

Smile, nod your head politely, and don't argue; just go on about your business. Arguing would be a waste of time and oxygen. Unfortunately, some people are reality-proof.
Looks like an Eaton Gov-Lock for a 7.5".
Run away!!! You don't want it.

if i'm not mistaken i think there were 7" 10bolts or maybe 6.5"
trying to recall my 'ole Vega/Monza days
the H body had a weaker 10 bolt
and don't forget the vette, Chevette that is, i think those were 10 bolts, and smaller then 7.5"
not sure if that is what the guy was referring to, unless you meant in the F body model lines
all 10 bolts were 7.5" or larger (i'm pretty sure)
