-was looking at the tko 600 5 speed. in the end want to make around 650 hp into a moser 9inch.
-will the tko take it or should i look at some other tranny like the richmond... trannys are not by strong point so it would be very help full to get some more idea's

G-force transmissions will do it. Just supply a core WC-T5 housing and a chunk of change. If I knew they'd be that reasonable, then I would not have done the T-56 swap.
tranny
dont have a core. i will buy stright out. was looking at keisler to get the tko.
-is there a manual tranny that can hold to 1,000 hp (i will get no were close to that) i like to go overkill.
-i just dont want somthing that will rob more than 20-30% hp

A T-5 is not the way to go. You can upgrade internals as much as you want but at a certian point the case will start to warp. Most claim this to be around 500 hp. Of course, this is assuming traction. If you don't plan on running radicals and launching hard you could pull it off for a while.

if ya want a trans that will hold 1000Hp go to G-forces site they have 2 or 3 racing trans that you can look at. but if ya go with a trans rated for that good luck at finding one that will be any good on the street.

I have a TKO600 and I like it. although my paltry 305 has nowhere near the brawn that your fat block will. Many people run TKO600s behind some serious power and I have yet to hear anything bad about them.
