are you talking about the B&M tarque arm bracket for the 350 turbo?
I had one On a car a few years ago, it was the bigest joke Ive encountered. there was a million holes drilled in it from the factory and none of them bolted up to the torque arm bushing mount. it bolted to the tranny fine and that was it. I had to drill my own holes in it for it to work. If I ever did another swap that required one I would fabricate my own. its just a flat peice of steel that has some bends and some holes. piece of crap if you ask me.

well then as far as bolting it on its not hard. take the four bolts from the tailshaft housing and the bracket bolts on there using those bolts. then your best bet is gonna be to install the tranny and see where the torque arm mount hits on the bracket and drill holes to bolt it on. thats what I had to do, it wasn't all that hard.
when you drill the holes, your gonna have to get the height of the torque arm right though or your pinion angle will be off. use the stock mount and tranny as a gude to help ya
