Im gonna be getting my car Dyno'ed this weekend and it says for the best results the car shouldnt downshift while testing... Its gonna be in 3rd cause thats the closest to 1:1 ratio I beleive... but if they just floor it will it downshift into 2nd even if its in 3rd or Drive?? If so is there a way to stop it from downshifting.. Thanks

 

Just for the "dyno" test, back off the TV cable setting a couple of clicks. Go thru the gears easily to get to "D" 3rd gear, once in 3rd gear, start the test, if you get a downshift, back off the TV cable another click, do this very carefully. When finished, make sure you change the setting back.
