The 700R4
I was really wanting to go with a th400 in my t/a but i was also thinking of using my 700.My questions are :
1.can i build the 700r4 to hold up to 750-850hp?
2.can a reverse manual valve body be put on the 700?
3.can the overdrive gear be brought down so that i could smoothly shift it like a 4 speed?
4.can a trans brake be put on the 700?
thanks,
Tommy

I don't know if you could get that kind of power through a 700R4 with any kind of reliability, but it would probably be expensive if you could. I believe TCI makes a reverse manual valve body with a transbrake.
