T-56 Flywheel???
Ok, I'm hearing numerous different things and my motor is at the machine shop getting balanced. What flywheel do i need? The motor is a 1989 1 piece rmc, out of a suburban. I will be using a T-56 transmission i have at my house. I need a 153 tooth, correct? I need some different part numbers for what i need so i can order this asap. I would really appreciate the help guys.

Forget all that extra drivel about teeth and 1-pc.
You just need a stock flywheel for a 93-97 F-body V8 w/6-speed. Assuming of course, that that's what kind of a T-56 you have. You could use a junkyrad one, new GM, aftermarket, etc. As long as it fits that kind of car.
Don't outsmart yourself. Just look it up by application.

Ok, my new motor will be pushing around 420-440 rwhp. Can i go ahead and order a stock replacement flywheel?

Is there some kind of reason that it might not, that you haven't told us about?

The only thing you will need to worry about is internal balanced vs external balanced on the flywheel. Stock = external balance, which means that one side of the flywheel will have weight added to it stock style or it will have some weight removed from it aftermarket style.
